Our preferred vendors are professionals we’ve come to know and trust through experience. They consistently provide high-quality products, reliable service, and a level of professionalism that helps ensure every event runs smoothly. While we’re happy to recommend these vendors because we enjoy working with them, clients are welcome to work with any vendor they choose as long as they are properly licensed and insured. The only exception is bartending services, which must be provided by an approved bartender in order to meet licensing and liability requirements.

After becoming a Registered Vendor and successfully completing at least two events at Hobble Creek Manor, you’re invited to apply for consideration as a Preferred Vendor. Our Preferred Vendors are selected based on their professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, communication, and commitment to providing an outstanding experience for our couples and their guests. While completing two events does not guarantee acceptance, it provides us with the opportunity to evaluate your work and determine whether your services align with the high standards and guest experience we strive to provide at Hobble Creek Manor.
